Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 24.013 : BUSINESS AND COMMERCE CODE — INSOLVENCY, FRAUDULENT TRANSFERS, AND FRAUD — UNIFORM FRAUDULENT TRANSFER ACT — Costs

In any proceeding under this chapter, the court may award costs and reasonable attorney's fees as are equitable and just.
