Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 19922 : CALIFORNIA BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONS CODE — SPECIAL BUSINESS REGULATIONS — THE GAMBLING CONTROL ACT — CONDITIONS OF OPERATION — No operation of gambling enterprise in violation of chapter

No owner licensee shall operate a gambling enterprise in violation of any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter.
