Tex. Fam. Code § 161.205 : FAMILY CODE — THE PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIP AND THE SUIT AFFECTING THE PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIP — SUITS AFFECTING THE PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIP — TERMINATION OF THE PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIP — HEARING AND ORDER — Order Denying Termination

If the court does not order termination of the parent-child relationship, the court shall:

(1) deny the petition; or

(2) render any order in the best interest of the child.
