Md. Code, Envir. § 2-1204 : ENVIRONMENT — AMBIENT AIR QUALITY CONTROL — GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS REDUCTIONS —1204 - Reduction of Statewide greenhouse gas emissions - 2020

The State shall reduce statewide greenhouse gas emissions by 25% from 2006 levels by 2020.
