Ind. Code § 16-21-2-2 : HEALTH — HOSPITALS — LICENSURE OF HOSPITALS —21-2-2 - Duty to license and regulate hospitals, ambulatory outpatient surgical centers, birthing centers, and abortion clinics

The state department shall license and regulate:

(1) hospitals;

(2) ambulatory outpatient surgical centers; and

(3) birthing centers.
