11 U.S.C. § 1189 : BANKRUPTCY — REORGANIZATION — SMALL BUSINESS DEBTOR REORGANIZATION — Filing of the plan

(a) WHO MAY FILE A PLAN.-Only the debtor may file a plan under this subchapter.

(b) DEADLINE.-The debtor shall file a plan not later than 90 days after the order for relief under this chapter, except that the court may extend the period if the need for the extension is attributable to circumstances for which the debtor should not justly be held accountable.

debtor: The term "debtor" means person or municipality concerning which a case under this title has been commenced.(13A) The term "debtor's principal residence"-(A) means a residential structure if used as the principal residence by the debtor, including incidental property, without regard to whether that structure is attached to real property; and(B) includes an individual condominium or cooperative unit, a mobile or manufactured home, or trailer if used as the principal residence by the debtor.
