Ga. Code § 9-3-31 : CIVIL PRACTICE — LIMITATIONS OF ACTIONS — SPECIFIC PERIODS OF LIMITATION —3-31 - Injuries to personalty

Actions for injuries to personalty shall be brought within four years after the right of action accrues.
