Fla. Stat. § 688.009 : Commercial Relations — Uniform Trade Secrets Act — Uniformity of application and construction

Sections 688.001-688.009 shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this act among states enacting it.
