Fla. Stat. § 137.03 : County Organization And Intergovernmental Relations — Bonds Of County Officers — Bond of property appraisers

Current through Chapter 269 of the 2016 Legislative Session

The county property appraiser shall give a bond as required by the board of county commissioners. In fixing the amount of the bond, the board of county commissioners may consider the amount of money likely to be in the custody of the property appraiser at any one time.
