Del. Code 10, § 1013 : Courts And Judicial Procedures — The Family Court Of The State Of Delaware — Procedure — Automatic expungement of juvenile record by effect of a Delaware gubernatorial pardon

Any individual who receives a Delaware gubernatorial pardon shall, as an effect of said pardon, automatically have that individual's juvenile record, if any, expunged.
