Cal. Civil Code § 4100 : California Civil Code — General Provisions — General Provisions — Definitions — Common interest development

Current through the 2016 Legislative Session

"Common interest development" means any of the following:

(a) A community apartment project.

(b) A condominium project.

(d) A stock cooperative.
