36 U.S.C. § 22505 : Patriotic And National Observances, Ceremonies, And Organizations — Patriotic And National Organizations — American War Mothers — Organizations — Exclusive Right To Name

The corporation and its State, territorial, and local subdivisions have the exclusive right to use the name “American War Mothers”.
