42 U.S.C. § 11344 : The Public Health And Welfare — Homeless Assistance — Federal Emergency Management Food And Shelter Program — Emergency Food And Shelter Grants — Limitation On Certain Costs
Not more than 5 percent of the total amount appropriated for the emergency food and shelter program for each fiscal year may be expended for the costs of administration.
