42 U.S.C. § 12163 : The Public Health And Welfare — Equal Opportunity For Individuals With Disabilities — Public Services — Actions Applicable To Public Transportation Provided By Public Entities Considered Discriminatory — Public Transportation By Intercity And Commuter Rail — Conformance Of Accessibility Standards

Accessibility standards included in regulations issued under this subpart shall be consistent with the minimum guidelines issued by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under section 12204(a) of this title.
