Uttar Pradesh act 021 of 2007 : The UTTAR PRADESH SUBORDINATE SERVICES SELECTION COMMISSION (REPEAL) ACT, 2007

Section 1.Short title

1. This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (Repeal) Act, 2007.

Section 2.Repeal of U.P. Act no. I of 2006.

2. The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission Act, 2006 is hereby repealed.

Section 3.Repeal of U.P. Ordinance no. 6 of 2007

3. The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (Repeal) Ordinance, 2007 is hereby repealed.
