Uttar Pradesh act 008 of 2013 : The UTTAR PRADESH WATER MANAGEMENT AND REGULATORY COMMISSION (REPEAL) ACT, 2012

Section 1.Short tile and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Water Management and Regulatory Commission (Repeal) Act, 2012.

(2). It shall be deemed to have come into force on October 31, 2012.

Section 2.Repeal of U.P. Act No. 26 of 2008

2. The Uttar Pradesh Water Management and Regulatory Commission Act, 2008 is hereby repealed.

Section 3.Repeal of U.P. Ordinance no. 9 of 2012

3. The Uttar Pradesh Water Management and Regulatory Commission (Repeal) Ordinance, 2012 is hereby repealed.
