ACT
to repeal the Uttar Pradesh Motor Transport Vehicles (Toll) Act, 1979
Short title and commencement
It is HEREBY enacted in the Forty-fifth Year of the Republic of
India as follows :—
1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Motor Transport
Vehicles (Toll) (Repeal) Act, 1994.
(2) This Act may be deemed to have come into force on
September 1, 1993.
Repeal of U.P. Act no. 18 of 1979
2. The Uttar Pradesh Motor Transport Vehicles (Toll) Act, 1979
is hereby repealed.
