Uttar Pradesh act 014 of 2007 : The UTTAR PRADESH SPORTS (REGISTRATION, RECOGNITION AND REGULATION OF ASSOCIATIONS) (REPEAL) ACT, 2007

Section 1.Short tile and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Association) (Repeal) Act, 2007.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on June 15, 2007.

Section 2.Act no. 15 of 2005

2. The Uttar Pradesh Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Repeal of UP Association) Act, 2005 is hereby repealed.

Section 3.Repeal of UP Ordinance No. 11 of 2007

3. The Uttar Pradesh Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) (Repeal), Ordinance, 2007 is hereby repealed.
