Uttar Pradesh act 013 of 2007 : The UTTAR PRADESH STATE LEGISLATURE (RESIDENCES OF THE OFFICERS AND LEADERS OF OPPOSITION) (REPEAL) ACT, 2007

Section 1.Short title and comencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh State Legislature (Residences of the Officers and Leaders of Opposition) (Repeal) Act, 2007.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on June 2, 2007.

Section 2.Repeal of U.P. Act no. 12 of 2005

2. The Uttar Pradesh State Legislature (Residences of the Officers and Leaders of Opposition) Act, 2005 is hereby repealed.

Section 3.Repeal of U.P. Ordinance no. 7 of 2007

3. The Uttar Pradesh State Legislature (Residences of the Officers and Leaders of opposition) (Repeal) Ordinance, 2007 is hereby repealed.
