Uttar Pradesh act 028 of 1999 : The UTTAR PRADESH SHANTI SURAKSHA BAL (NIRSAN) ACT, 1999

Section 1.Short title and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Shanti Suraksha Bal (Nirsan) Adhiniyam, 1999.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on May 5, 1999.

Section 2.Repeal of U.P. Act No. 14 of 1994

2. The Uttar Pradesh Shanti Suraksha Bal Adhiniyam, 1994 is hereby repealed.

Section 3.Repeal

3. The Uttar Pradesh Shanti Suraksha Bal (Nirsan) Adhyadesh, 1999 is hereby repealed.
