Maharashtra act 004 of 2024 : The Maharashtra Casinos (Control and Tax) (Repeal) Act, 2023.

Section 1.Short title.

This Act may be called the Maharashtra Casinos (Control and Tax) (Repeal) Act, 2023.

Section 2.Repeal of Mah. XXXI of 1976.

The Maharashtra Casinos (Control and Tax) Act, 1976 (Mah. XXXI of 1976), is hereby repealed.
