Maharashtra act 001 of 1955 : The Bombay Electricity (Special Powers) Act (Application to Scheduled Areas) Regulation, 1955.

Section 1.1. Short title, extent and commencement.

(1) This Regulation may be called The Bombay Electricity (Special Powers) Act (Application to Scheduled Areas) Regulation, 1955.

(2) It extends to the Scheduled Areas specified in the Schedule annexed hereto.

(3) It shall come into force at once.

Section 2.2. Application of Bom. XX of 1946 to certain Scheduled Areas.

The Bombay Electricity (Special Powers) Act, 1946, shall apply to the Scheduled Areas specified in the Schedule annexed hereto.
