Tamil Nadu act 036 of 2021 : The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce and Livestock Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Repeal Act, 2021

Section 1.Short title.

This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce and Livestock Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Repeal Act, 2021.

Section 2.Repeal of Tamil Nadu Act 37 of 2019.

The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce and Livestock Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2019, is hereby repealed.
