Uttar Pradesh act 007 of 1970 : The UTTAR PRADESH ELECTRICITY (TEMPORARY POWERS OF CONTROL)(CONTINUANCE)ACT,1970

Section 1.Short title.

This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Electricity (Temporary Powers of Control) (Continuance) Act, .1970.

Section 2.Amendment of section (1 of U.P.) Act VI of 1947

In sub-section (4) of section 1 of the U. P. Electricity (Temporary Powers of Control) Act, 1947, for the figures "1968", the figures "1973" shall be substituted.

Section 3.Repeal of President's Act No. 26 of 1968.

The Uttar Pradesh Electricity (Temporary Powers of Control) (Continuance) Act, 1968, is hereby repealed.
