No. 307-L.-28th March, 2016.—The following Act of the West Bengal Legislature, having been assented to by the Governor, is hereby published for general information:—

West Bengal Act I of 2016

THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION

(VOTE ON ACCOUNT) ACT, 2016.

[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 28th March, 2016.]

An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of a part of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2017.

WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of a part of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2017; It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-seventh Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:—

Short title.

1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Account) Act, 2016.
