THE WEST BENGAL APPROPRIATION (VOTE ON
ACCOUNT) ACT, 1958.

An Act to provide for the withdrawal of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the service of a part of the financial year 1958-59. WITEREAS it is expedient to prokide for the withdrawal of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the service of a part of the financial year 1958-59; It; is hereby enacted in the Ninth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows :-
1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropria- ahert tion (Vote on Account) Act, 1958.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West with- Bengal there may be withdrawn sums not exceeding those drawn' of specified in column 2 of the Schedule amounting h.' the T3E4,09,28,000 aggregate, to the sum of fifty-three crores, nine lakhs ant frej, mod twenty-eight thousand rupees towards defraying the several out of the
