Rajasthan act 014 of 2020 : The rajasthan special courts (repeal) act, 2020

Section 1.Short title and commencement.-

(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Special Courts (Repeal) Act, 2020.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

Section 2. Repeal of Rajasthan Act No. 38 of 2012.

The Rajasthan Special Courts Act, 2012 (Act No. 38 of 2012) is hereby repealed.
