1. ( I ) This Act may bc callcd the Orissa Gift short title
Goods ( u n h ~ 7 ~ f ~ 1 1 P O S S C S S ~ O ~ ) Act, 1964- conlmence- xrcill and mcnt.
(2) -It shall extend to the whoIe cf thc State of
Orissa.
(3) It shall come into rorcc at oncc.
