2. The tern1 "Court" a s defined in clause ( ( I ) Exlcndcd of section 2 of thc Indian Soldiers ( Lit igatio 11 ) Act, $i$yD
4 01 1925 1925, shall i ~ ~ c l u d e all Courts and other authorities functiol~ing under any of the following Acts, nameIy : -
( I ) Orissa Estates Abolition Act, 1951 (Orissa Act I OF 1952).
(2) Orissa Tenants Relief Act, I955 {Oi'issa Act 5 of 1955).
(3) Orissa Merged Tcrri torics (Village Ofices Abolition) Act, 1963 (Orjssa Act 10 of 1963)-
(4) Orissa Land Refor~~ls Act, 1960 (Orissn Act 16 of 19GO).
