Act
To authorize Repeal of Amity University Act
passed by the Nagaland Legislative Assembly
on the recommendation of the State Cabinet.
It is hereby enacted in the Seventieth Year of
the Republic of India as follows.
Short Title and 1 This Act may be called the Amity
Commencement: University Act (Repeal), 2019.
