AN ACT
to repeal certain ActS. WHEREAS, it is expedient to repeal certain obsolete Acts; It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
l. This Act may be called the Gujarat Repealing Act, 2006.
2. The Acts specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed. IV·Ex-2·1 2-1
