further to amend the Arunachal Pradssh Fiscal Responsibility and Budgel Management Act, 2006 (ActNo.4 of 2006).
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the Seventy -first year of the
Republic oflndia as lbllows :
(l) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and short titl€ 8nd
Budget Management (Amendment) Acl, 2020. commencement
(2) lt shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from I st March,2020.
2. ln rheArunachal Pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and Budget ManagementAct, 2006 Amendmert of
(Act. No, 4 of 2006), in section 4, sub-section (3), after clause (g), the following S€ction 4'
clause shall be added :
"(h) Thcre shall be onc'time special disPensstior during 2019-20 in availing
additionsl borrowing ofrupees eight hundred seven crorc only' beyond the
Strte's eligibility".
