Act further to amend theArunachar pradesh Fiscar Responsibirity and Budget Management
Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006).
- Be it enacted by the Legistative Assembly ofArunachal pradesh in the seventy Third year of the Republic of lndia as follows :
1. shod title and commencement : (1) ThisAct may be called the Arunachal pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Amendment)Act, 2022.
(2) lt shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st Aprit,.2021.
2. Amendment of section : ln theArunachal pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and Budget ManagementAct, 2006 (Act No. 4 of20o6), in section 4, in sub_section (3i after clause (i), the following clause shall be added :-
"0) The normar rimit for net borrowing of the state Government for the financiar year 2021 - 22 ro 2o2s - 2G to be fired and maintained at 4 p.rcent of Grose dtate Domestic Product (GSDP) in ZO21 - Zl,3.S percentin 2OZ2 _ 23 and at 3 percent o, Groas State Domestic product (GS Opl trom ZO2l - 24 to 2O2S - 26- .
