further to amend the Arunachal Pradesh Indian Medicine Council Act, 2013 (Act No. 1 of
2014).
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the Seventy-second
year of the Republic of India as follows:
1. (1) ThisActmay be called the Arunachal Pradesh State Indian Medicine ~ Short title and
Council (Amendmen\) Bill, 2021.

(3) Itshallcome into force on the date of its publication in the Official
Gazette.

2014) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 2,in Section 2,
clause (e) for the words "Unani Tibb" appearing after the word, "and"
and before the word, “whether", the words, "(Unani Tibb o Sowa-Rigpa)
or (Yogaand Naturopathy, recognized by Central Council for Resgarch
in Yoga Naturopathy, (CCRYN), Government of lndxi.i, or established
as per CCRYN laid down guudelines)“ shall be substituted.
