THE TRIPURA TEA COMPANIES
(TAKING OVER OF MANAGEMENT OF CERTAIN TEA UNITS)
(THIRD AMENDMENT) ACT,2003.
AN ACT
to amend the Tripura Tea Companies (Taking over of Management of certain Tea Units) Act, 1986. Be it enacted by the Tripura Legislative Assembly in the Fifty-second year of the Republic of India as follows:
Short title.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Tripura Tea Companies (Taking over of and
Management of certain Tea Units) (Third Amendment) Act, 2001. Commencement.
(2) It shall deem to have come into force on and from the tenth day of November, 1998.
Amendment
2. In proviso to sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tripura Tea Companies of Section 3.
(Taking over of Management of certain Tea Units) Act, 1986, for the words
"Seven years", the words "Eleven years" shall be substituted. Printed at the Tripura Government Press, Agartala.
