ey The following instructions are issued in this regi ard :—
1. The allotments will be cancelled in accordance with the allotment rules, by the 'Settlement Officer, who are vested with the powers of Collector u/s 14 of the Tripura Land Revenue and Land Reforms Act, 1960. The land may be allotted to the deserving persons.
2. The name of the allottees, whose allotments have been cancelled, will be listed and! iideblated:
by the Settlement Officers, to all D.M.s/S.D.O s and S. O.s so that they are not allotted land again in some other places. There should be a master list of such persons in all concerned offices. dae | In cases where allottees can be traced or where they are not in possession out of ignorance of the boundary of the allotted land efforts should be made to bring them on to the land or to allot land which they are possessing after cancelling previous allotment.
