Rajasthan act 018 of 1978 : The Rajasthan Urban Property (Restriction of Transfer) Repeal Act, 1978

Section 1.Short title and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Urban Property (Restriction of Transfer) Repeal Act 1978.

(2) it shall come into force at once.

Section 2.Repeal of Rajasthan Act 6 of 1973

Repeal of Rajasthan Act 6 of 1973. The Rajasthan Urban Property (Restriction of Transfer) Act, 1973 (Rajasthan Act 6 of 1973) is hereby repealed.
