Bill to repeal the Rajasthan Seeds and Seedlings Act, 1960. Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Seventieth Year of the Republic of India, asfollows:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Seeds and Seedlings (Repeal) Act, 2019.
(2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Repeal of Rajasthan Act No. 23 of 1960.- The Rajasthan Seeds and Seedlings Act, 1960 (Act No. 23 of 1960) is hereby repealed.
