ACT
to provide for the repeal of the Uttar Pradesh (Nagar Kshettra) Bhumi Aur Bhawan Kar Adiniyam, 1962 U.P Act. No XII
of 1962
It is HEREBY enacted in the Twenty-fifth rear of the Republic of India as follows:-

1 This Act be called the Uttar Pradesh (Nagar Kshettra) Bhumi Aur Bhawan Kar (Nirsan) Adhiniyam, 1974.
2. (1)- The Uttar Pradesh (Nagar Kshettra) Bhumi Aur Bhawan Kar Adhiniyam, 1962, hereinafter referred to as the said Act, is hereby repealed with effect from the first day of April,
1967.
(2)- Without prejudice to the generality of the provision of section 6 of the U.P General clauses Act, 1904 such repeal shall not affect the said Act in respect of the assessment or realization of the tax levied thereunder for the period before the repeal.

भारत गणरा य के प चीसव वष म न न ल खत अ ध नयम बनाया जाता है:-
1- (1) यह अ ध नयम उ तर देश (नागर े ) भू म और भवन कर ( नरसन) अ ध नयम, 1974 कहलायेगा।

2- (1) उ तर देश (नागर े ) भू म और भवन कर ( नरसन) अ ध नयम, 1962 को िजसे आगे उ त अ ध नयम कहा गया है, 1 अ ैल 1967 से एत वारा नर त कया जाता है।
(2) यू0पी0 जनरल लाजेज ए ट, 1904 क धारा 6 के उपब ध क यापकता पर तकूल भाव डाले बना, ऐसे नरसन से, नरसन पूव क अव ध के लये उ त अ ध नयम के अधीन कर नधारण या लगाये गये कर क वसूल के स ब ध म उ त अ ध नयम के अधीन कसी ा धकार वारा शि तय अथवा अ धका रता का बराबर योग करते रहने पर कोई भाव नह ं पडगेा। उ तर देश
