An Act to repeal Act VIII of 1861 (for the levy of Port-dues in the Port of Amherst).

PREAMBLE

Whereas it is expedient that Act VIII of 1861 (for the levy of Port-dues in the Port of Amherst) be repealed: It is enacted as follows:

Act VIII of 1861 is hereby repealed.

This Act shall come into operation on the first day of May 1864.
