An Act to repeal the Lepers Act, 1898, in its application to West Bengal.
3 of 1898. WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Lepers Act, 1898, in its application to West Bengal;
It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-sixth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows:-
1. This Act may be called the Lepers (West Bengal Repealing) Act, Short title.
1985.
2. The Lepers Act, 1898, in its application to West Bengal, is hereby Repeal of Act 3 of repealed. 1898.
