Year of Republic of India as follows :— . I

1. (1) This Act may be called the Mam'pur Legislature (Removal ihgfggggt 0f Disqualification) (Second Amendment) Act, 1976. '
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In Sub-Section (I) of Section 2 of the Manipur Legislature fifi'gmgge (Removal of Disqualification) Act, 1972 (Manipur Act 1 of 1973), the inSectionz. following clause (h) shali be added after Clause (2), namely _:-
(h) Chairman or Vice-Chairman, Manipur Khadi and Village Industries Board, Imphal.
