further to amend the Assam Contingency Fund Act, 1950.
Preamble. Whereas it is expedient to amend the ~~:aix of Assam Contingency Fund Act, 1950, here- 1950. inafter called the principal Act.
It is hereby enacted in the Thirtieth
Year of the Republic of India as follows :-

"Provided that during the period of operation of the Assam Contingency Fund (Amendment) Act, 1979, a further sum of twenty crores of rupees shall be paid from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Assam into the Contingency Fund".
