it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Thirty-sixth Year of the Republic of India, as follo€s .
1. (l) This Act may be called the Kbondmals Laws Regulation (Repeal) Act, 1985
(2) This section shall come into force atonce and the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification appoim in this behalf.
Repeal of 2. The Khondmals Laws Regulation, 1936 is hereby repealedRegulation 4 of 1936.
3. For removal of doubts it IS herebydeclaredthat notwithsanding the repeal ofRemoval of the said Regulation an enactments specified in the Schedulethereto which were in forcedoubts.
immediately prior to the commenccment of this Act in the areascomprising the district as defined in the said Regulation; shall continue in force in the said areas untill altered or repealed, or amended by a competent legiSlature qr ccmpetent authority.
4. In section 3 of the Orissa Revenue(Units) Act, 1963the proviso under clause(b) OrisuAmmdmeit of Section 3. shall be' •deleted. 22 of of the Orissa Agt.220f 3963,
