THE ASSAM CONTINGENCY FUND (AUGMENTATION OF
CORPUS) ACT, 1972

to. augment temporarily the Corpus of the Contingency Fund of Assam
Preamble Whereas it is expedient to augment temporarily the Corpu1> of Contingency Fund of Assam ;
It is hereby enacted iu the Twenty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
Sh~rt title 1. (1) This Act may .he called the Assam Contin- ana com- gency Fund (Augmentation of Corpus) Act~ 1972. roencement.
