1953, hereinafter call ed the principal Act, in the man- . ~r hereinafter appearing;
1t is nereby enacted in the Sixteenth Year of the Republic of India as' follows :-
Short ti tle, 1. (1) This Act may be ca lled the Assam Betterment .ex ten t aod Fee and M ooring Tax (D ibrugarh) (Amend me n t) Act, c.o rnmeIlce- 1965. . ,m en lo
(2) It shall have the like extent as the principal A ct.
