An Act to valtdate certazn acts done, orders passed and sanctzons gwen by the Vtce-Chmzcellor of the Unzverszty of Kerala.
Prcamble.-WHERI:.A~ it IS necessary to vaiJd,lte certam acts done, orders passed and sanctions given by the VIce-Chancellor of the UmvclsJty of Kerala;
BE it enacted m the Thirteenth Year of the Repubhc of lnd1a as follows ·-
1. Short tztle.-This Act may be called the Kerala University (Validation of Proceedings of Vice-Chancellor) Act, 1963.
2. Valzdatzon of acts done, orders passed and sanctzons gwen by the Vice Chancellor, Unwerszty of Kerala.-Notw1thstandmg anything contained in the Kerala Umvers1ty Act, 1957 (Act 14 of 1957), all acts done, orders passed and sanctiOns given by the VIce-Chancellor of the Uni versity of Kerala dunng the penod between the second day of June 1961 and the twentytlurd day of October 1961, wh1ch under the provisions of the Ke1ala University Act, 1957 (Act 14 of 1957), or under the Statutes or Ordmances thereun9er, may be done, passed or giv~n only by, or w1th the approval of, the Syndicate of the University of Ketala shall be deemed to have been validly done, passed or given, and the valid1ty of ~uch acts, orders and sanctions shall not be called in f!Uestion 111 any court of law on the ground that they have not been done, passed or g1ven by, or w1th the approval of, the Syndicate.
