(Received the assent of the Governor on 21st January, 1993) THE GUWAHATI MUNICIPAL CORPORATION (AMENDMENT) f 2.
AN
ACT
further to amend the Guwahati Municipal Corporation Act, 1969.
Preamble. Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Guwahati Municipal Corporation Act, 1969, (Assam Act I of 1973) hereinafter called the principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing;
It is hereby enacted in the Forty-Third Year of the Republic of India as follows, namely : —
Short title, p (i) This Act may be called the Guwahati Municipal

(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the Twenty sixth day of October, 1992.
