further to amend the Manipur Town and Country Planning Act, 1975 (Manipur Act, 11 af 1975).
BE it enacted by the Legislature of Manipur in the Fortieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:
1. Short title & commencoment.—(1) This Act may be called the Manipur Town and Country Planning (Fourth Amendment) Act, 1989.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of section 18.—In sub-section (2) of section 18 of the Manipur Town and Couutry Planning Act, 1975, the first and the second provisos shall be omitted and the colon occurring at the end shall be substituted by full stop.
