AN ACT TO REPEAL THE ORISSA DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIES, IRRIGATION, AGRICULTURE, CAPITAL, CONSTRUCTION
AND RE-SETTLEMENT OF DISPLACED PERSONS ( LAND ACQUISITION ) ACT, 1948
BEit enacted by the Legislature of the Stateof Orissain the Forty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
1. This Act may be called the OrissaDevelopment of Industries, Irrigation,Short title. Agriculture, Capital Construction and Re-settlementof Displaced Persons (Land Acquisition) Repeal Act, 1994.
2. The Orissa Development of Industries, Irrigation, Agriculture, CapitalRepeal of
18 of1948. Construction and Re-settlementof DisplacedPersons(Land Acquisition)Act,OrissaAct 1948 is hereby repealed.
